NOCTVM Ticketing

Sell tickets online for your events

Connect Stripe, create ticket tiers and track sales. Buyers pay a 5% NOCTVM service fee, shown separately at checkout.

Get started

Sign in first, then choose the venue you want to request access to.

The money goes straight to you

Payments are processed in your Stripe account. Buyers pay the ticket price plus a 5% NOCTVM service fee. Stripe processing fees are deducted from the organizer’s proceeds.

Public pages for your events

Each event has a public page with structured event and ticket-offer data. Google decides whether and how to index it.

QR scanning and attendee lists

Scan tickets from your phone browser and check the attendee list. QR codes are digitally signed, and a repeat scan of a used ticket is flagged to the door team.

How it works

  1. Connect Stripe

Start the embedded Stripe onboarding from Dashboard → Tickets. The money lands in your account, not ours.

  2. Create your event and ticket tiers

Set prices, capacity and the sales window. Ticket reservations are limited to the available capacity.

  3. Scan and get paid

Scan QR codes at the door and track attendance. Refunds are managed in Stripe.

Frequently asked questions

How do I put tickets on sale?

Connect Stripe from Dashboard → Tickets, add your event and ticket tiers, then open sales. Buyers see the ticket price and service fee before paying.

How much commission does NOCTVM take?

Buyers pay a 5% NOCTVM service fee on top of the ticket price, shown separately at checkout. Stripe processing fees are deducted from the organizer’s proceeds.

Can I use NOCTVM if I already sell on another platform?

You can create a ticket offer on NOCTVM. Tickets sold elsewhere are not imported automatically; if you sell on multiple platforms, allocate separate capacity to each.

How do I control access at the door?

Every ticket carries a cryptographically signed QR code, scanned in the browser with a phone camera. You get a live door list and per-staff roles.
