Analytics (no cookies)

These run for everyone and set no cookies: Umami, which counts visits and actions in the app on our own hosting, and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which count visits and measure page speed. None of them records your name, email or account.

Measurement (only if you accept)

If you accept Measurement cookies, we load Microsoft Clarity. It records how pages are used (taps, scrolling and session replays) so we can find and fix confusing screens. It never records what you type, and screens showing tickets, payments or account details are hidden from it. Clarity sets these cookies:

• _clck (ours): a pseudonymous Clarity ID for this site
• _clsk (ours): joins your page views into one session
• CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR, SM (Microsoft's): recognise the browser across Microsoft services. NOCTVM does not use them for advertising.

You can withdraw at any time in the cookie preferences; Clarity's cookies are then erased.

If you accept Measurement cookies, we also keep, in your browser's storage, the campaign tags and referring website host of the link you first arrived through (key noctvm:signup-source), until you sign up or withdraw consent. During sign-up this information is passed through Clerk, our sign-in service.

3. Managing Cookies

You can change your cookie preferences at any time, here or from Settings, and in your browser settings. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential for the platform to function.

4. Changes

We may update this policy as our cookie usage changes. We will notify you of significant changes.
